Imagine what it would be like if you learned how to live your best and healthiest life!
Working Together
I recognize each person has their own individual story with a unique journey towards health and wellbeing. As a mind-body centered therapist and teacher, I work holistically, intuitively and relationally to help you access your own innate ability and wisdom to heaI.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered, gentle and trauma-informed inviting in a broad set of modalities that attune to your individual needs. While you are in my care, I am committed to offering a safe and supportive space to become curious about yourself, your choices and your patterns.
I care deeply about the work that I do and strongly believe in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship. As a student of life I am dedicated to learning and to my own deep personal work. This growth mindset bolsters me in helping others discover themselves and their possibilities.

My Approach
With close to two decades of clinical experience and training in the field of medical social work, counseling, meditation, yoga therapeutics and mindfulness, I bring a unique skillset to my practice by using an integrative approach to best support you.
In life we develop protective adaptations, tendencies and thoughts that keep us from true intimacy with ourselves and others. Together, we will discover healthier ways for you to find connection and to navigate relationships and challenges with more resource. I believe we are our own greatest teachers and healers. When we allow space to look within, we can begin to better support our nervous system and all the parts of ourselves to become an agent of change.
Your story may not be free of pain or stress; however, with curiosity, compassion and willingness you can begin to move towards finding the meaningful life you are seeking.
You might discover that in this space:
you have more capacity to move through life with equanimity and resource.
you can create new habits and ways of being that align with your desired life.
you can cultivate compassionate relationships with yourself and others.
you will develop individualized practices that support and nourish you in your healing journey.
you can connect and communicate authentically.
you will gain a better understanding and attunement of the nervous system to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
you will learn how to be present with yourself in healthier and kinder ways (Coming Home).

“The truth is our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers”
- Scott Peck
